The observation
A damaged trailer light. A leaking pump. A hive that needs a follow-up inspection. Someone sees it while they are doing the work.
Agriculture & field asset management
Trucks, tractors, generators, pumps, trailers — and even bee hives. Give each one its own Service Sheet QR code, so the people working with it can report issues, enter permitted readings and keep its maintenance information current.

Same idea. Different asset.
Not with oil and filters — but hives still need inspections, feeding, treatments and regular checks.
A commercial beekeeper may look after dozens or hundreds of individual hives. Give each hive its own QR code so reported issues, photos, recurring reminders and recorded inspection history stay with the correct hive.
For apiary asset management, Service Sheet keeps the record. You decide which checks and treatments are appropriate. It is not specialist bee-health or automated hive-monitoring software.
Across the property
Assets can be spread across paddocks, sheds, yards, workshops, field sites and apiary locations. The person beside an asset often knows about a problem before management does.
A damaged trailer light. A leaking pump. A hive that needs a follow-up inspection. Someone sees it while they are doing the work.
The details end up in phone calls, text messages, notebooks, spreadsheets or someone’s memory. “I told someone about it last week” is not a maintenance system.
A QR report ties the observation to the right piece of equipment. Owners and managers can review it alongside their customer-defined maintenance schedules.
At the asset
Simple human-entered information, attached to the physical asset it belongs to.
Give the asset its own Service Sheet QR label.
The person working with it scans the QR to open that asset.
Enter any permitted kilometre or engine-hour reading where the asset uses one.
Describe the fault or observation against the correct asset.
Attach a photo to help the owner or manager understand the report.
The information stays associated with that specific asset inside Service Sheet.
The real Service Sheet interface
Three trucks, one generator and five bee hives in the same account. Two hives need attention: HIVE-02 and HIVE-05 are Due.
Whether it is a truck, generator, pump, machine or bee hive, keep maintenance attention and reported issues attached to the asset they belong to.
Active fleet
Demonstration data in the actual Service Sheet Fleet overview. Status follows the maintenance intervals the organisation defines; it is not an assessment of asset or bee health.
Calendar-based maintenance
Bee hives, tanks, trailers without hub meters, unmetered pumps, fixed plant and inspection-based equipment may have neither kilometres nor engine hours.
They can still use calendar-based maintenance: Weekly, Fortnightly, or the supported 1, 2, 3, 6, 9 and 12-month intervals. Set the schedule that suits your equipment and record completed work.
A hive may never do a kilometre in its life. It can still be overdue.
One agricultural business
Farm asset management and agricultural equipment maintenance do not need a separate record-keeping system for every kind of equipment.
Operators scan the QR, enter permitted readings, report an issue and attach a photo. The owner or manager receives that information inside Service Sheet, ready to review.
QR asset tracking here means keeping a record with the correct asset. Service Sheet does not provide GPS, telematics, automatic sensor readings, IoT monitoring, live location tracking, soil monitoring or bee-health diagnosis.
Review approaching maintenance (shown as Due soon), Due and Overdue states, alongside reported issues. Choose what to follow up based on your own maintenance requirements.
Service Sheet is farm maintenance software for tracking and reminders. Your organisation remains responsible for maintenance decisions.
